REGISTRATION CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY

All cancellations must be notified in writing to the RIMPA Live Convention Secretariat. Cancellations more than 30 days prior to the event will be charge 25% of the registration fee to cover Administration, cancellations less than 30 days prior to the event will be charged 50% of the registration fee to cover Administration and cancellations less than 7 days prior to the event will be charged 75% of the registration fee to cover Administration. Delegate bookings are transferable only by contacting the RIMPA Live Convention Secretariat in writing. Where a delegate fails to attend and does not advise of cancellation prior to the event the registration fee will be charged in full.

EXPLANATION OF CONVENTION REGISTRATIONS

Full registrations (Member and Non-Member) include access to all sessions, convention satchel, day catering each day, and Welcome and Gala Dinner social event (not sessions or events marked optional). Full registrations can be shared between employees of the same organisation, however only one person can be on-site at any given time and individual name tags will not be provided.

Non Member registrations also include Individual membership to RIMPA for 2019/2020 Student registrations include access to all sessions, convention satchel, day catering each day. They do not include ANY social events or optional events, which may be purchased separately. Students must provide Student Membership Identification to the Convention Secretariat at the time of registering. Trade Exhibitor registration. It covers the cost of morning & afternoon tea and lunch each day. It does not include access to sessions, the convention satchel or social events, which may be purchased separately. To register exhibition staff refer to the Exhibition Registration Form. For an additional fee Trade Exhibition staff may also upgrade to full registration and attend sessions (max 2 per stand applies).

Trade Visitor registration only allows free access to the Trade Exhibition during specified times, there are no further inclusions.

DEFINITION OF MEMBER

The term member means current financial members of Records and Information Management Professionals Australasia.

LIABILITY

In the event of any disruption or event leading to losses or added expenses being incurred in respect to the 2019 RIMPA Live Convention, there shall be no liability attached to Records and Information Management Professionals Australasia, or the 2019 RIMPA Live Convention or the Convention Organising Committee. It is therefore important that each delegate organise travel and/or health insurance.

SOCIAL EVENTS

The Breakfast Sessions, Welcome Reception and Gala Awards Dinner are complimentary with a full registration on an opt-in basis, numbers are limited and seats are NOT guaranteed. If capacity is reached and/or if you fail to opt-in by 10th September you will be unable to attend.

PHOTO DISCLAIMER

When you enter a RIMPA Live event or program, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur.
By entering the event premises, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction
to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by CAFB and its affiliates and
representatives. Images, photos and/or videos may be used to promote similar RIMPA events in the future, highlight the event and exhibit the capabilities of RIMPA. You
release RIMPA, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of
interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or or sound recordings.

By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, web casting,
televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use, exhibiting, broadcasting, web casting, or other publication
irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by RIMPA or
the person or entity designated to do so by RIMPA. You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering the event.
