RIMPA has recently appointed a new Independent Director to the RIMPA Board of Directors.
Bringing his expertise in education, Rob Di Leva has a Masters in Neuromuscularskeletal Healthcare and Post Graduate Qualifications in Education.
Di Leva spent his early career in professional sport and lecturing at Universities in Australia and the UK in the areas of diagnosis and rehabilitation of sports injuries, professionalism, and ethics.
He is also a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, making him the perfect fit for this role.
Thomas Kaufhold, Chair of the Board, is pleased to welcome Di Leva as the new Independent Director.

“Rob’s extensive experience within the area of education will prove to be a great asset to the association as a whole, enhancing the industry expertise we currently have on the RIMPA Board.”
In the last ten years Di Leva has held senior positions across a range of sectors within the Education and Membership Organisations with a focus on delivering member focussed value mostly in the areas of Continuing Professional Development, Accreditation and Science.
Di Leva has sat on numerous national and international committees which embrace advancing education, standards, and collaboration.
“I am really fascinated by membership organisations and their complex governance structures,” said Di Leva.
“I am thrilled to join the RIMPA Board as an Independent Director to share my experience and insights and to contribute to the amazing Board already in place,”
Di leva Lives in Melbourne with his wife Rachel, three kids and their 60kg dog, Ted.
When he isn’t working or enjoying family time, he practices playing guitar, waiting for the call from Pearl Jam asking to join their global tour.
