This interactive session introduces a practical framework for understanding behavioural styles and how they influence communication, decision-making, and collaboration.
Drawing on DISC principles, participants will explore why some colleagues prioritise rules and structure, while others focus on innovation, speed, or relationships, and how these differences can create both tension and opportunity.
Through guided discussion and table-based activities, attendees will learn how to adapt their communication approach, ask better questions, and reduce friction when working across teams such as IT, governance, and business units.
