Justine Resta is an experienced program manager and transformation leader with over a decade of experience in project leadership and 25 years working within the local government sector.
As the current president of ALGIM Australia, Justine brings extensive expertise in implementing governance, data management, employee & customer experience frameworks, with a passion for building partnerships and cross-collaboration initiatives across the local government sector.
Will McIntosh is a collaborative people focussed leader with 14 years of experience in local government, specialising in data, governance, and technology. As the Head of Data Platforms and Data Governance at the City of Melbourne, he has led teams across enterprise data, open data, and analytics, driving impactful initiatives that support smart city and community advancements.
With a background in spatial data, innovation programs and a strategic approach to data, Will is skilled in executive communications and stakeholder engagement. He is also a board member of ALGIM Australia, contributing to the development of digital and data capabilities in the public sector.
