Navigating Data Governance with MS365 Purview: A Hands-on Workshop

There are over 20 solutions and headings within Purview which administrators can use to identify risks, apply controls and even bulk export content from mailboxes, OneDrives and SharePoint and Teams sites. Many RIM practitioners are being introduced to Purview as the way you manage retention and disposal in Microsoft 365, which arguably only describes one or two of these available tools.

The purpose of this workshop is to give delegates some practical insights oh what tools exist and the opportunities to discuss with peers how you could use these, where they fit with your responsibilities vs. others in your organisation, and how to stay across the state of the information in your organisation.
