With a need to minimise spend, maximise investment, and reduce effort (and expenditure), a business decision was made to use M365 as an EDRMS. With no corporate knowledge we started an adventure. We answered the question, 'how can we best get to know M365 with the aim of using it as an EDRMS?' We ate the elephant one bite at a time. (The Only Way to Eat an Elephant | Psychology Today) We sourced external knowledge, paid (contractor + AW) and unpaid (community of practices, webinars, networks). We had management support.
