Wendy McLain, MLIS, CRM has 20+ years of experience in records and information management within the government, healthcare, engineering, and energy sectors. In partnership with IT, Legal, and other stakeholders, she drives ongoing compliance, synergies, and process improvements. She enjoys lively discussions with colleagues and mentoring the next wave of industry professionals. Her service to the RIM profession spans local and international roles including the ARMA International Board of Directors (2019-2024), the ARMA International Educational Foundation (2023 to present) and the Institute of Certified Records Managers Board of Regents (2012-18; 2025 to present).
