Michael Haley, MBA, IGP is currently a SVP, ERIM for M&T Bank in Wilmington, Delaware. Michael served for over 20 years as a Principal Consultant with Cohasset, As a Principal Consultant with Cohasset, following a career in the insurance industry.
Michael helped clients assess their IM programs, prepare continuous improvement roadmaps, leveraging technology (e.g. M365) to facilitate appropriate handling of all information. He develops cost-effective and practical solutions, breaking down complex issues to effect simple solutions.
Michael has been on the Board of ARMA International since 2016, serving as Treasurer and, most recently, as President. Michael is also serving on the Executive Board for the Global Information Consortium.
