This workshop will introduce the surprising power of liberating structures through practice and experiential learning.
These so-called Liberating Structures make it easy to transform how people interact and work together to achieve much better results than what is possible with presentations, reports, and other conventional methods.
They are called Liberating Structures because they are designed to include and engage everybody.
They "liberate" everybody's contribution to the group's success through collaboration.
In this workshop we shall use some of these structures to introduce them, understand why they are valuable and how we can apply and learn more about them in our context.
With a background in the delivery of business change through technology as a project manager, leader and coach I started V in 2019 as a boutique agile coaching business focusing on helping people be more effective, especially when adopting new ways of working in our VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex, ambiguous) world.
