What is the difference between data, datasets, metadata, information, and records?

Zhelko have over 30 years’ experience working in state and federal public service in Australia and overseas in range of different positions.
He hold a Masters of Business Administration with focus on strategy and knowledge management.
Last 20 years spent predominantly in various IT management roles, with regular responsibilities for records and information management.
Zhelko have been working in the Australian Bureaus of Statistics for 12 years and since 2019 he have been leading ABS information management uplift and seen it set up Information Governance structure, reinvent information management and review its Records Authority after over 20 years.
