The cyber security landscape in Australia is evolving at a pace. In late 2023, the Australian Government released its 2023 - 2030 cyber security strategy. A key component (or “shield”) in this strategy relates to uplifting Australia’s cyber resilience. This session will provide a set of key learnings from recent significant cyber security incidents and provide practical tips to help organisations establish a baseline level of cyber resilience.
Clare is a highly experienced member of Corrs’ Technology and Intellectual Property team. With deep expertise in technology procurement, dealings in data and transactions involving intellectual property, Clare acts for major government and private sector clients in the technology, energy and resources industries.
Clare has recently been recognised in the 2025 edition of The Best Lawyers in Australia for her work in Privacy and Data Security Law.
