Kiara Burke is an emerging Organisational Psychologist specialising in psychosocial wellbeing, stakeholder influence, and evidence-based workplace practices. Passionate about harnessing the science of human behaviour to enhance organisational effectiveness, she is dedicated to fostering thriving work environments and optimising team performance. Her work focuses on bridging the gap between people and processes to drive sustainable outcomes, with a strong emphasis on practical, research-informed solutions.
Kiara holds a Bachelor of Psychology from Curtin University and a Master of Industrial and Organisational Psychology from the University of Western Australia. She currently works in the psychosocial wellbeing space within local government, where she partners with leaders and stakeholders to strengthen psychologically healthy and high-performing workplaces. Alongside her role, she is completing her Organisational Psychology Registrar Program.
She is accredited in a range of psychological and workplace assessments, leveraging these tools to support selection, development, and organisational decision-making. Known for her pragmatic and engaging approach, Kiara is committed to helping organisations translate insight into action - driving both individual and collective success.
