The PRIS ‘Agency Guidance: PRIS Readiness Checklist' requires WA government agencies to conduct a survey of its information asset holdings and have it listed in an Information Asset Register (IAR). This presentation will share Murdoch University’s journey to develop its Information Asset Register (IAR) with Votar Partners’ expertise. It will include impact of the IAR across the business areas and conclude with staff feedback about their IAR journey experiences.
As University Secretary at Murdoch University, Trudi has responsibility for governance, legal, records management and archives, and the policy, delegations, and complaints frameworks. She has worked in universities in Australia and Ireland. Her education and extensive experience have honed her skills in Education, Governance, Compliance, Policy, Writing, and Research.
Rasika, an Information Management professional located in Perth, with over 10 years’ experience in leading Records and Information Management fields. Industry experience with Oil & Gas, Property, Local government and currently working as the manager, Records & Archives in Murdoch University.
Pauline a Principal Consultant at Votar Partners, is an experienced information management (IM) professional with industry experience in the government, mining, oil & gas, banking and education sectors. Pauline has supported Victorian and WA government and education sector clients develop and deliver their Information Asset Registers.
