A Case study on Safeguarding PII Data in the Public Sector
John has worked in business development for 24 years providing outsourced services, including digitisation, information and records management, multichannel communications, business process automation and operational managed services.
His work with government included supplying secure end to end digitisation services, ballot scanning for election events and preservation digitisation of heritage materials from paper files, books, and maps to micro fiche for the likes of the National Library and National Archives of Australia.
David comes from a military background and became a Records / Information Management Professional in 2008 with the rollout of Objective in the Department of Defence.
David has project managed rollout and implementation of ECM projects since 2010 and founded New World Records in 2017.
New World Records lead remediation projects for ECM systems and pride themselves on secure, compliant and user-friendly designs supporting business.
