Debbie, an experienced EIM professional from Western Australia, has over 35 years of IT and leadership experience. She holds an MBA, is pursuing a Master of IT Leadership, and is a PROSCI-certified change leader. Debbie’s diverse career spans law firms, government, and energy sectors, notably at Synergy, where she’s contributed to renewable energy initiatives like VPP for schools and Project Symphony. Her efforts in Information Management earned her the RIMPA J. Eddis Linton Award for Excellence and led Synergy’s IM team to win the Digital Transformation Excellence Award.
