With 17 years of seasoned expertise in Information Management, Katrina has over three decades of invaluable experience within the Government sector. Embarking on her professional journey in operational capacities, including roles within the Department of Corrections and Defence, Katrina transitioned to an Administration role upon becoming a mother, anticipating a smoother path, only to find herself confronted with a fresh array of challenges. However, her diverse career trajectory endowed her with operational acumen, which she deftly leveraged to drive process enhancements and spearhead successful change management initiatives across multiple agencies. In a testament to her proficiency, Katrina's leadership culminated in her IM project team clinching the prestigious LGITSA Information Management Award 2023. Their outstanding project not only facilitated substantial enhancements within the EDRMS but also elevated recordkeeping compliance agency-wide through comprehensive engagement strategies. Additionally, Katrina's stellar contributions earned her the esteemed RIMPA SA/NT Lisa McDonough Outstanding Individual Award for 2019/20, further underscoring her exceptional dedication and impact within the field.
