As a tertiary qualified and chartered IRM professional, Paula boasts extensive proficiency as an Infromation Governance specialist, having navigated through multiple roles in Client, Consulting and Product Management roles and with a range of technologies. Her diverse background includes pivotal roles across Information Governance, ECM selection, design, and implementation, as well as Project Management, Information Architecture, and Service Delivery.

Lucy Schelberg CSRIM CRIM is a records and information management practitioner with over 35 years’ experience translating governance and legislative requirements into practical, technology-enabled solutions. As the records subject matter expert on large-scale automated recordkeeping projects, she helped develop classification rules that brought 23 million records under governance in four months for a major financial institution - work that has since scaled into an enterprise-wide, multi-year compliance program covering 24 petabytes of information. Lucy has also shaped classification and compliance configuration supporting a Western Australian statutory body’s PRIS Act readiness and co-presented on applying AI within records-management workflows at RIMPA Live and ARMA. A RIMPA Global Ambassador, Lucy is known for bridging records practice, business needs and technical delivery - bringing IM expertise into rooms where it is often missing and translating that expertise into outcomes technical teams can build.
