Alyssa Blackburn is the Information Strategy Lead at AvePoint, where she helps organisations achieve business value from their information and records.

With more than 15 years of experience in the information management industry, Alyssa has worked with both public and private sector organizations to deliver guidance for information management success in the digital age. She is responsible for the development of AvePoint’s information and records management solution, AvePoint Records and Cloud Records, and has been involved with implementing our records management solution with government agencies and commercial clients.

A passionate information management professional, Alyssa is actively involved in the industry and is an in demand speaker at conferences and industry events worldwide. She frequently contributes to industry publications and recently won the 2016 award article of the year for the RIMPA IQ magazine for her article titled, "Why you need to think differently about information management".

With over two decades of dedicated experience in Information Governance, Paula is a  distinguished industry expert, often called upon to share her experience and opinions. As a tertiary qualified and chartered IRM professional, Paula boasts extensive proficiency as an Infromation Governance specialist, having navigated through multiple roles in Client, Consulting and Product Management roles and with a range of technologies. Her diverse background includes pivotal roles across Information Governance, ECM selection, design, and implementation, as well as Project Management, Information Architecture, and Service Delivery. 

Paula brings a pragmatic approach steeped in firsthand experience, embodying the mantra of "reuse before redesign." A fervent advocate for Information Governance initiatives, she draws from her past as a practicing Information Manager,  former Branch President of RIMPA and a sense of humour that engages the teams she works with.

Anne Cornish, MRIM (Life), is a seasoned veteran of the information management (IM) industry with over 40 years of experience. Throughout her career, Anne has been a passionate advocate for raising the profile of the industry and its practitioners. Her journey has taken her from a practitioner in Local Government for 10 years, to a reputable consultant for both private and government clients for 26 years, and ultimately to the CEO position at RIMPA Global for five years. Along the way, Anne has gained a diverse set of skills that are all related to information management and has a talent for promoting IM and sharing experiences and uses these skills to help others understand what is needed to remain competitive in the ever-evolving world of IM.

David Robinson

With more than 35 years of experience in the records / information management industry, David has worked in all levels of government to guide agencies to make the most out of their information assets. David is responsible for the re-development of the information management program at CoGG and has led implementations of information management solutions at government agencies. With a passion for storytelling and all things historical David is making it fun again to work in information management.
