As an Information Management Officer, you will be the first point of contact for day-to-day records and information management services. From capturing accurate and compliant records to supporting staff with the use of our electronic document management system (Content Manager), your work will be central to delivering an efficient, transparent, and customer-focused records service.

You will be key to ensuring the integrity, accessibility, and security of our records and information by applying sound information governance practices that align with Public Records Office Victoria (PROV) standards and Council policy.

Provide a daily information management service to ensure that records are created, captured, stored, retrieved, delivered, preserved and protected.
Perform regular records compliance audits to improve data integrity and to facilitate efficient retrieval of information.

Provide customer focused guidance and support on the Information Management obligations and Content Manager to staff.
