Are you a proactive sales professional ready to make a real impact in a purpose-driven organisation? RIMPA Global is looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive membership and revenue growth across an expanding suite of products and services that support information management professionals worldwide.
The Role
As our Business Development Manager, you will:
- Drive new membership acquisition and retention across all RIMPA categories
- Sell our full suite of offerings: SmartRetention, training workshops, VET programs, certification, and Microcredentials
- Develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing team
- Build strong industry relationships and represent RIMPA Global at events and partner functions
- Monitor, report, and improve on clear KPI targets for membership and revenue growth
What We’re Looking For
You must have:
- 3–5 years’ experience in sales/business development
- A proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills – you know how to close a deal while building long-term relationships
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a collaborative team
- Tech comfort – CRM tools and Microsoft Office
Bonus points for:
- Experience in a membership-based or not-for-profit environment
- Qualifications in business, sales, or marketing
