The Senior Officer Records Management will assist with implementation of ACECQA’s records and information management program including development and review of policies and procedures and delivery of training. The position will also facilitate records system administration and end user support. This role will conduct routine system recordkeeping activities, investigate and resolve system issues, as well as assist with strategic initiatives including quality assurance, training and education, information and records projects , and data lifecycle management of the organisation’s records and information.
