Formed in 2025, the Education Committee plays a key role in shaping the future of R&IM education through strategic collaboration, sector-wide advocacy, and a focus on lifelong learning. The committee works closely with the RIMPA team to ensure that educational programs, resources, and pathways remain relevant, accessible, and aligned with the evolving needs of our profession.

He also holds a Masters in Information Sciences (Records Management) and a Bachelors Degree in Information Sciences both from Moi University, Kenya. He serves as the Chairperson of Kenya Association of Records Managers and Archivists (KARMA). Cleophas works as HR Manager in a leading commercial Bank in Kenya and East Africa.
Dr. Neetha Porathur Joseph is a practitioner member of RIMPA Global with a diverse background in education, literature, and information management. Before migrating to Australia in 2003, she began her career as an educator in 1996, holding various lecturing positions in English at Indian institutions. She was awarded her Doctor of Philosophy in 2004 from Bharathiar University, India, for her research on ‘Existentialism in the Select Novels of Anita Desai’. With a Graduate Diploma in Secondary Education from the University of Technology Sydney, Neetha served as a full-time permanent teacher in NSW secondary schools for 15 years, where she gained valuable experience in pedagogy and communication.
Her expertise now extends to the GLAMR sector as a qualified NSW Librarian Grade 1. She holds a Graduate Diploma in Information and Library Studies from Curtin University and has also completed the Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate and Google AI Essentials from Coursera. She has successfully delivered digitisation projects to enhance accessibility and preserve vital records, and she possesses deep expertise in managing retention and disposal authorities.
