Sandra Ennor has embraced a 25-year career in the industry and is currently working as an Information Management Consultant.
Focusing on client engagement, where system design and managing processes, analysis of recordkeeping practices, training and education had been core to her work - Sandra’s new challenges include influencing information culture, recordkeeping compliance and maturity and data management.
Pursuing a number of related interests has broadened Sandra’s awareness of industry perspectives as well as a deeper appreciation of risk management.
Sandra is honoured to be a Local Ambassador and give back to a vibrant and enthusiastic community.

Carolyn has decades of learning, educating, and living in the IM discipline. She believes a successful practitioner combines IM technical and business capabilities to sell, do, lead and advocate.
She aims to create an environment for practitioners, that promotes innovation and knowledge sharing. Using storytelling to share her experiences, she hopes others will reflect on their journey, remember the people they have met and have influenced them, and then share their high- or low-lights.
Carolyn’s association with RIMPA Global includes being an ambassador, a working group member, and RIMPA Global workshop facilitators. She is privileged to hold the status of Chartered Member.

With more than 38 years of experience in the records / information management industry, David has worked in all levels of government to guide agencies to make the most out of their information assets. David is responsible for the re-development of the information management program at City of Greater Geelong and has led implementations of information management solutions at government agencies. With a passion for job crafting, storytelling and all things historical David is making it fun again to work in information management.

Dr. Bethany Sinclair-Giardini is a dedicated RIMPA Ambassador based in Victoria, and having spent the last few years consulting, this year she is embarking on an exciting career transition to join Technology One.
In her new role, she will focus on the Enterprise Content Management module, overseeing system design, configuration, and client training.
Bethany is also a member of the Australian Information Security Association & The SABSA Institute, as well as holding a doctorate in archives and manuscripts.
Many in the community may recognise her from the RIMPA Community Forum, where she is a vibrant and enthusiastic contributor.
