About the Role:
This role is an onsite role - with the successful applicant working in the client office in Blackwater, Queensland. You will be responsible for performing the cataloguing and sentencing of physical records, ensuring compliance with relevant Retention and Disposal Schedules (RDSs). The role involves both independent and team-based work, contributing to the delivery of high-quality services to our client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Upload data into spreadsheets for tracking and reporting
- Catalogue and sentence physical records in line with RDSs
- Complete daily logs of items processed to support performance reporting
- Formulate patterns of flow for records being unloaded, sorted, barcoded, and catalogued
- Review records to determine context, limitations, and separation requirements
- Liaise with the Senior Information Management Consultant to refine processing strategies
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to information handling protocols
- Provide administrative support and perform other duties as directed
- Completion of Year 12
- Proven experience in data entry, records management, or administration
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Knowledge of R&IM and sentencing practices is an advantage
- Reliable, responsible, and respectful
- Strong time and task management skills
