About the position
Council’s Business & Information Technology Department is looking for an Information Management Officer who will be responsible for position objective.

The main responsibilities will include:
  • Providing records management guidance and support
  • Processing and maintaining corporate records including mail room services
  • Delivering a high quality customer service
  • Contributing to delivering records management projects

This is a temporary part time position for a period of 12 months. You will be working 7.6hrs each day on Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday.

About you
  • Certificate III in Records Management and/or relevant experience
  • Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office and an Electronic Document Management System
  • Excellent communication and teamwork
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to confidentiality
