About the position
Council’s Business & Information Technology Department is looking for an Information Management Officer who will be responsible for position objective.
The main responsibilities will include:
- Providing records management guidance and support
- Processing and maintaining corporate records including mail room services
- Delivering a high quality customer service
- Contributing to delivering records management projects
This is a temporary part time position for a period of 12 months. You will be working 7.6hrs each day on Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday.
About you
- Certificate III in Records Management and/or relevant experience
- Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office and an Electronic Document Management System
- Excellent communication and teamwork
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to confidentiality
