The Portable Long Service Authority (the Authority) is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our Records and Information Management Team.

The Records and Information Management Officer plays a key role in ensuring efficient and compliant recordkeeping throughout the Authority. This position collaborates with various business units to ensure records are maintained in accordance with legislative requirements and PROV standards by offering guidance, training, and support, fostering a culture of records compliance among staff. The role also supports the ongoing management and improvement of the Authority's records system (Records365) to ensure it meets organisational needs.
