Board Nominations
To be eligible for consideration as the term of these positions will commence on 1 January, 2025 and continue until 31 December 2026 (a duration of two (2) years). Elected Board Member candidates must fulfill the following criteria:
- Current professional membership with RIMPA
- Professional status maintained for a minimum of two (2) years before the nomination call
- Demonstrate a commitment to devote the necessary time, including attending Board and Committee meetings
- Possess an impeccable character, exhibiting high personal and professional integrity, and having no criminal record or bankruptcy
- Showcase appropriate industry, technical, governance, or behavioural skills and competencies required for the role of Elected Director
Please review the Board nomination form including the relevant criteria and Elected Director Position Description which are attached. Board nomination forms must be fully completed and emailed to the RIMPA CEO [email protected], no later than close of business Monday 7th October 2024.
Kindly note that these positions are voluntary, and there is no direct remuneration involved. However, Board members will not incur expenses when attending meetings or specific RIMPA events. For further enquiries or more information, please do not hesitate to reach out to Anne Cornish.
All nominations will undergo assessment by a designated nomination committee to ensure they meet the required criteria. If more than three (3) eligible nominations are received, a vote by the members will be conducted.
