About the Role
In this role, you'll be at the heart of our information management processes, working across a diverse range of customers and projects.
You'll gain hands-on experience in and be a part of improving:

Cataloguing of records to ensure accuracy and accessibility.

Sentencing records in compliance with legislative and organisational requirements.

Supporting project teams and stakeholders with timely and efficient records management solutions.

Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in information governance.
What We're Looking For

A recent graduate in Records and Information Management

Sound knowledge of Records management standards and authorities (i.e. PROV and NAA standards).

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commercial environment and manage competing priorities.

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Minimum typing speed of 50WPM and with a high degree of accuracy (98%+) - A pre interview test will be required.

Excellent communication skills to engage with a variety of stakeholders.

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft office (esp. Excel, Teams and project Planning)

Must be an Australian citizen to be eligible for this position
