Are you a recent graduate looking to kick-start your career in a dynamic, fast-paced commercial environment? We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team as a Records Management Officer.

About the Role

In this role, you'll be at the heart of our information management processes, working across a diverse range of customers and projects.

You'll gain hands-on experience in and be a part of improving:

  • Cataloguing of records to ensure accuracy and accessibility.

  • Sentencing records in compliance with legislative and organisational requirements.

  • Supporting project teams and stakeholders with timely and efficient records management solutions.

  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in information governance.

What We're Looking For

  • A recent graduate in Records and Information Management

  • Sound knowledge of Records management standards and authorities (i.e. PROV and NAA standards).

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commercial environment and manage competing priorities.

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

  • Minimum typing speed of 50WPM and with a high degree of accuracy (98%+) - A pre interview test will be required.

  • Excellent communication skills to engage with a variety of stakeholders.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft office (esp. Excel, Teams and project Planning)

  • Must be an Australian citizen to be eligible for this position
