This committee will ensure that RIMPA’s programs, events, resources and governance structures are inclusive, culturally respectful, and reflective of the diverse communities we serve. Members will help increase visibility and participation of underrepresented groups, build strategic relationships, and develop strategies that embed diversity and inclusion across the profession.
