Course Details

Duration: Learners typically complete the course within 12–18 months when studying part-time. You will, however, be provided a generous enrolment period of up to 24 months to support flexible progression through the program.

Entry Requirements

There are no formal prerequisites for entry into this training program. However, prospective learners will be screened against the following criteria to ensure suitability and support successful participation:

  • Completion of Year 10, or equivalent education, work, or life experience
  • Basic computer and digital skills
  • Sound Language, Literacy, and Numeracy (LLN) skills. Learners may be required to complete an LLN assessment as part of the enrolment process
  • A Unique Student Identifier (USI) is required.

Learners who do not initially meet LLN or digital skill requirements may still be able to enrol, provided the trainer endorses the enrolment and appropriate support strategies are implemented. Additional support may be provided to assist learner success.
