The Empower workshops equips information leaders with the skills, confidence, and tools to become influential communicators, strategic thinkers, and visible champions of information excellence.
This is an interactive learning experience designed to strengthen and elevate the practice of information management. Built around the EMPOWER framework, the event blends skill‑building, storytelling, leadership development, and practical tools to help information professionals become visible, credible, and influential leaders.
Attendees move through the seven pillars of EMPOWER - Engagement, Management, Processes, Oversight, Workforce, Excellence, and Resources - with each session offering real‑world guidance and hands‑on activities that bring information management to life.
