This can become overwhelming for your organisation when you’re collecting sensitive data that can be compromised and needs to be secured. This is where Information Governance comes in and guides us on how information is gathered, kept, stored and how to use it as well.

Jacqueline understands the importance of balancing day-to-day services and organisational development with long-term strategy, which enables organisations to boost IM maturity. Jacqueline has a particular interest in providing practical solutions, supported by appropriate change management, to help organisations implement efficient processes that enable compliance by design across privacy, security, data and records. Since obtaining Chartered member status, Jacqueline has also completed a Graduate Certificate in Data Science.
