Dr Gavin R. Slemp is Associate Professor at the Centre for Wellbeing Science, University of Melbourne. He researches motivation, wellbeing, job crafting, and employee health interventions, leads an Australian Research Council project on teacher job crafting, and serves as Associate Editor for the Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology.
