When it comes to writing, it doesn’t come naturally to most of us. We all struggle to come up with the right words and it doesn’t get easier when writing policies. We need to find the right words, avoid phrases that might create any confusion/misunderstanding and ensure we write correctly and concisely. Policies written effectively ensure clarity and the right interpretation.
