This role is based in our Wellington office. While we're happy to consider work-from-home arrangements, this role is not designed for full-time remote working.
A typical day will involve meeting with customers, understanding their needs and working through options with them, user training and guidance, and maintaining information services and processes plus assisting on broader IM projects
Current IM projects include electronic records lifecycle management, physical records disposal, information resources evaluation framework
You will be successful in this role when you have a sound understanding of the place of information at EPA, excellent business relationships and show a desire for continuous improvement.
