Andrea McIntosh is a fierce advocate for the records and information management profession, bringing two decades of hands-on experience in information architecture, Microsoft 365 governance, and empowering organisations to make smarter decisions with their data. As a RIMPA Global Ambassador, she is driven by a mission to raise the visibility, credibility, and energy of the IM profession—locally and globally.
In her ambassador role, Andrea collaborates with members, partners, and industry leaders to champion strategic initiatives and spark positive change. Known for her passion, authenticity, humour and commitment to lifting others up, she thrives on sharing knowledge, challenging the status quo, and helping IM professionals step into their full potential.
When she isn’t advocating for stronger information practices, Andrea is the General Manager for Global Operations at Leadership Through Data, delivering training, coaching, and transformative guidance to organisations worldwide.
David Robinson has more than 38 years of experience in the records / information management industry, David has worked in all levels of government to guide agencies to make the most out of their information assets. As a RIMPA Global ambassador, he is committed to promoting the value and visibility of information management across the industry both locally and internationally.
David is responsible for the re-development of the information management program at City of Greater Geelong and has led implementations of information management solutions at government agencies. With a passion for job crafting, liberating structures, storytelling and all things historical David is making it fun again to work in information management.
I am an experienced professional with a strong background in enterprise services and client engagement. I’m known for my approachable style, clear communication and ability to build genuine, trusted relationships across a wide range of stakeholders.
As an ambassador I’m looking forward to sharing knowledge, supporting others and representing the program with integrity. I value collaboration, practical outcomes and continuous improvement, and I enjoy contributing to initiatives that create meaningful, long-term value for partners.
Maureen Kenga is an experienced information management specialist, currently serving as a librarian at the State Department for Economic Planning in Kenya. She has 15 years of experience in the field of Information Science and holds an M.Sc. in Information and Knowledge Management from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology.
Her expertise includes collection development, classification, cataloguing, digital preservation, information dissemination, and the preservation, conservation, and restoration of information. She has extensive experience in developing and implementing knowledge management policies and strategies, nurturing organisational learning, creating communities of practice, knowledge mapping, and fostering knowledge partnerships focused on economic empowerment and development, innovation, and social advocacy on national heritage, culture, and archives.
In addition to her professional role, Maureen volunteers as Secretary-General of the Pwani Ufanisi Farmers’ Cooperative (PUFCO), where she ensures that farmers in Kenya’s coastal region have access to timely agricultural information and knowledge to improve food security and alleviate poverty. She also serves as a facilitator with the Kenya Association of Records Managers and Archives (KARMA).
Maureen is a member of the Records and Information Management Practitioners Alliance (RIMPA) Global and the International Council of Archives (ICA). She was recognized as the best first-time presenter at the iPRES 2023 International Conference on Digital Preservation, held at the University of Illinois. Additionally, she contributes as a volunteer with the global Knowledge Management for Development (KM4DEV) community.
