Developing and Implementing Classification Schemes
Description: Once we understand why we classify records, it’s time to start developing the classification schemes that suit our organisations.
There is no one method that suits all and we all need to develop classification schemes based on the functions and activities that our organisations undertake. It’s a process that we all require to understand in depth before pursuing it, from identifying the organisation’s activities, grouping, describing and controlling to how the records will later be disposed of as well as who will have access to what information.

Metadata- Finding and Managing Your Information
Description: Don’t we all want to have reliable and trustworthy records? We need a story for our records from the time of creation, use, management, kept as per business need and legally destroyed when it is appropriate to do so.
What better way to give our records this justice than ensuring that we effectively implement our Metadata? Metadata enables users to find records and therefore assists organisations in leveraging information.
