Information Management Officer, Port of Townsville Limited
Nicole’s R/IM career spans 26 years across government agencies in Townsville. In 2012, Nicole graduated from UniSA with a Graduate Diploma in Business Information Management and was the recipient of the 2013 Records Solutions’ Student of the Year.
Nicole has actively volunteered with RIMPA Global since 2019, initially on the Queensland Branch/Chapter; co-founded TropiCoP for North Queensland R/IM workers; and Global Ambassador since its 2023 inception. She was awarded the Neil Granland International Convention Scholarship in 2025 and attended ARMA’s Phoenix Infocon. Her interest lies in societal R/IM impacts and promoting R/IM careers as an exciting, challenging and rewarding role.
