Information Management Coordinator, Brimbank City Council
I am a customer-focused Information Management professional with extensive experience spanning both technical IT and Information and Records Management. Since 2005, I have worked in the information management sector, with a strong focus on enterprise content management systems, particularly TRIM (now OpenText Content Manager), including its previous iterations as HP TRIM, HPE Records Manager, and Micro Focus Content Manager.
Having spent over a decade consulting within the Local Government sector, I now serve as the Team Leader of Information Management at Brimbank City Council. In this role, I lead a team of six, oversee recruitment, and am actively involved in developing and implementing policies and procedures to strengthen our organisation’s recordkeeping practices. My recent responsibilities have also expanded my expertise in operational records management, allowing me to take a more holistic approach to information governance.
