Business Development Manager, Kapish
Alayna is a dedicated Business Development Manager at Kapish, working closely with the Local Government and Education sectors. With a background in Local Government, she specialises in Information Management, Systems Training, and EDRMS Administration. Alayna is passionate about helping clients enhance their Information Management capabilities and user experiences through modern technology. Her expertise in Content Manager, emerging Records Management trends, and common industry challenges, paired with her strong focus on customer support, enables her to deliver practical solutions that empower organisations to transform their Information Management maturity in alignment with an evolving technological landscape.
Technology One
Dr. Bethany Sinclair-Giardini is a dedicated RIMPA Ambassador based in Victoria, and having spent the last few years consulting, this year she is embarking on an exciting career transition to join Technology One.
In her new role, she will focus on the Enterprise Content Management module, overseeing system design, configuration, and client training.
Bethany is also a member of the Australian Information Security Association & The SABSA Institute, as well as holding a doctorate in archives and manuscripts.
Many in the community may recognise her from the RIMPA Community Forum, where she is a vibrant and enthusiastic contributor.
