33 Days to Go: What Will Your RIMPA Live Look Like?
From 20–22 October at Royal Randwick Racecourse in Sydney, RIMPA Live will bring the R&IM community together for three days of learning, conversations, connections and new ideas.
Three stages, plenty of choices
Across the main convention program, delegates can choose sessions across The Palladium Stage, The Carnegie Stage and The Trade Arena, exploring AI, information governance, privacy, cybersecurity, data governance, Microsoft 365, digital transformation and the changing role of information professionals.
With multiple sessions running across the program, everyone can create their own RIMPA Live experience based on the topics, challenges and ideas that matter most to them.
And sometimes, choosing which session to attend might be the hardest part!
Start connecting from Day One
RIMPA Live begins on Tuesday 20 October, with opportunities to start meeting fellow delegates before the main conference program gets underway.
For newcomers, solo attendees or anyone keen to expand their network, Connections Kickstart | Meet, Mingle & Make Your Convention Crew provides a relaxed and welcoming way to meet people and start conversations.
The day then leads into the official Welcome Reception, A Night at the Movies, giving delegates another opportunity to connect before two packed days of sessions begin.
Day Two (Wednesday) Gets Serious!
The main program gets underway with a full day of ideas, insights and conversations across all three stages. From AI-ready information and governance to financial crime risk, information architecture, cybersecurity and digital trust, Day 2 explores some of the biggest challenges and opportunities facing the R&IM profession. The day begins with keynote speaker Dominic Thurbon and finishes with the Diamond Ball: A Regal Masquerade, bringing the community together for an evening of celebration.
Day Three (Thursday) Wraps Up Nicely!
The final day keeps the momentum going with another packed program across The Palladium Stage, The Carnegie Stage and The Trade Arena. Sessions explore information culture, AI, privacy, retention and disposal, M365, change management, data governance and emerging technology. The convention then comes together for the Grand Finale Keynote with Lindsey Leigh Pearson, bringing RIMPA Live 2026 to a close with a look towards what comes next for our profession.

The RIMPA Live Virtual Ticket gives those who can’t travel to Sydney the opportunity to join the convention online, with live streaming from all three stages on Wednesday and Thursday, plus access to selected session recordings following the event.
