Become a RIMPA Global Mentor

RIMPA Global members have access to a mentoring program designed to help them build the skills that matter most, whether that’s strategy, day-to-day operations, or something more niche and personal.
Due to the positive response, we are now offering additional opportunities for experienced members to join as mentors.
The program runs over 6 or 12 months, and it’s super flexible, roughly 4 hours a month (about an hour a week), with most chats happening via email and a few virtual catchups along the way.
Here’s a quick rundown of how it works:
- Choosing a Mentor: Each mentee is matched with a shortlist of mentors who have the skills they’re keen to develop. After a mentor is confirmed, a quick “meet and greet” happens then the journey starts.
- Tailored Support: Together, you’ll put together a development plan that suits their specific goals. These can be aligned to current work projects, personal timelines, or other priorities. You’re there to offer advice, point them to resources, and provide feedback (like reviewing a draft or helping them get started on an IM policy). No heavy lifting - you’re just there to guide the way.
