First Meeting for Diversity & Inclusion Committee
Led by Sandra Ennor CSRIM FRIM, RIMPA Global Ambassador, the Committee has commenced early discussions centred on strengthening inclusion across RIMPA. The focus is not simply on diversity in representation, but on creating an environment where all members feel genuinely welcomed, supported and able to participate fully.
The first meeting focused on establishing shared understanding, identifying priority areas for exploration, and agreeing to begin with a discovery phase. This will include listening to members, reviewing good practice across comparable organisations, and considering how RIMPA can continue to evolve in a way that reflects the needs of our diverse professional community.
The Committee will meet bi-monthly as this work progresses, and we look forward to keeping members informed as ideas develop.
Thank you to the committee members below for putting their hands up to contribute to this initiative. Your willingness to be involved in shaping a more inclusive future for RIMPA is greatly appreciated.
