Exciting News from Kenya: RIMPA Celebrates Our KARMA Mentees!

We’re excited to share some exciting news from our international R/IM community!

Two incredible participants from our KARMA Development Talent Program (KTDP) have secured one-year Records and Information Management (RIM) internship positions with the Parliamentary Service Commission of Kenya - an amazing opportunity as part of the country’s broader Public Service Internship Programme.

One of the interns, RIMPA Member Sammy Atonya, shared their thoughts with us:

"This internship is a remarkable opportunity to apply my skills, gain invaluable experience, and contribute meaningfully to the Records and Information Management profession. I am excited to embark on this journey and grateful for the support of the RIMPA community – especially my mentor Justin, and KARMA."

We couldn’t be prouder of their achievement and can’t wait to see what the next year brings for them. It’s inspiring to see how the this KTDP is creating real-world opportunities and setting future leaders up for success in the R/IM space.

Congratulations again - we’re cheering you on from across the globe!
