The Question:

How can information management contribute to environmental sustainability?

In a world where organisations are striving to reduce their environmental impact, the 2024 Hackathon dares participants to shift focus beyond compliance and cost. Your mission is to explore how information management practices can reduce environmental harm and support broader ESG goals.

Your team will explore:

  • What environmental impacts arise from information management activities?

  • How can those impacts be measured?

  • Where are the key risks?

  • And most importantly, how can we reduce them?

Solutions might take the form of a methodology, a digital tool specification, a strategy, or something entirely new. Innovation is the only limit.

🏆 What’s in it for You?

  • $10,000 AUD cash prize for the winning team

  • Recognition across RIMPA Global’s platforms and industry channels
