Have Your Say: Draft Retention and Disposal Authority for Financial Management Records

This draft RDA consolidates several areas from the existing PROS 07/01 RDA for Common Administrative Functions—including Financial Management, Procurement, Asset Management, Contracting-out, Fleet Management, and aspects of Community Relations and Technology. As the second phase in the redevelopment of PROS 07/01, the draft significantly reduces the number of record classes from 131 to just 16.

Once finalised, the RDA will provide clear guidance for the lawful disposal of records no longer required, helping all Victorian public offices manage financial and procurement-related records in compliance with legislation.
