As part of this commitment, our Diversity & Inclusion Committee is leading a range of initiatives to help create a more inclusive and accessible community for all. The committee was established to foster a profession that embraces diverse perspectives and experiences, while supporting inclusive practices across RIMPA Global's programs, events, governance and communications.
One of the committee's key priorities is to better understand the experiences of our members and the wider information management community. To support this, we are inviting you to complete our Diversity & Inclusion Survey.
Whether you're a member or not, your feedback will help us identify what's working well, where barriers may exist, and where we can improve. Every response will contribute to shaping future initiatives and ensuring RIMPA Global continues to evolve as an organisation where everyone feels they belong.
Participation is completely voluntary, and all responses will remain confidential.
