What should the future of records and information management research focus on?

The RIMPA Global Research Advisory Committee (RAC) is developing the framework that will guide RIMPA Global’s research agenda in the coming years, and we want the priorities to reflect what matters most to the profession.

That’s where you come in.

We’re inviting members of the RIMPA Global community to share their perspectives through a short survey. Your experience can help us understand the challenges, opportunities and emerging issues that deserve greater attention across records and information management.

The findings will help inform RAC’s recommendations and shape future research projects, partnerships and member resources, with the aim of supporting evidence-based decision-making, advancing professional practice and strengthening the profession across Australia, New Zealand and the broader region.

The survey takes approximately 5–7 minutes to complete, and all responses are confidential.

Whether there’s an emerging issue you believe needs more research, a longstanding challenge that deserves fresh attention or an opportunity you think the profession should be exploring, we want to hear from you.

Thank you for helping shape a research agenda that is relevant, practical and focused on the future of our profession.
