Jisc Unveils Digital Preservation Dynamic Purchasing System for Simplified Procurement
Jisc has launched a groundbreaking digital preservation dynamic purchasing system (DPS), offering a streamlined and OJEU compliant process for organisations to easily access pre-appraised and approved digital preservation systems and vendors. This innovative DPS aims to simplify the procurement process, with initial vendors including Arkivum, Artefactual Systems Inc, Docbyte, Libnova, Preservica Ltd, and Sword Ping Network Solutions. Jisc invites stakeholders to join their introductory webinar on April 10, titled ‘Procuring digital preservation CAN be quick & painless—introducing Jisc’s dynamic purchasing system,’ to learn more about the DPS's benefits and participating suppliers.
