KARMA Talent Program: Mentors and Mentees Embark on an Exciting Journey.

We’re excited to announce that all ten introductory videos have been finalised, officially kickstarting the KARMA Talent Program!

Mentees and mentors have now connected and are actively working through their ten-month mentor plans, collaborating to define the goals and outcomes they wish to achieve together.

A big thank you goes out to the mentors listed below who have stepped forward to guide the mentees on this incredible journey. Your dedication to supporting the next generation of professionals is truly inspiring!

This program brings together ten selected mentees with experienced RIMPA Members to foster skill development and provide invaluable career guidance. Throughout 2025, mentors and mentees will meet monthly to share insights, develop expertise, and shape the future of records management in Kenya.
